• Cancellation conditions:
  Because Yellowstone tours are likely to sell out, we reserve bus seats as soon as you make your reservation. Any changes will be assessed at $30.00 each time a change fee is incurred.
  - Cancellation within 33 or more days before the departure date: 10% of the travel sum will not be refunded.
  - Cancellation within 17-32 days before departure date: 30% of the travel sum will not be refunded.
  - Cancellation within 10-16 days before the departure date: 50% fine of the travel sum will not be refunded.
  - Cancel / change within 9 days before departure or trip: No refund.
• To make your trip easier, we recommend that you book your trip 1-2 months before the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
• Customers under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information when making your reservation. This includes name, gender, valid contact details (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc. This helps avoid booking errors as errors affect the trip. Any loss due to inaccurate or invalid information will be borne by you and the company cannot be held responsible.
• Different hotels may have different deposit conditions that passengers must adhere to. No specific bed type or travel position can be guaranteed in each hotel. Usually up to 2-4 people can stay in each room. Our hotel check-in time starts at 3:00 PM.
• This tour does not accept a City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Entrance fees to tourist attractions and dinner fees are subject to change at any time without notice. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded for lower prices.
• We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the tour itinerary under the terms and conditions to facilitate the operation for the tour group. However, this does not reduce the items to be included in the itinerary.
• During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to properly adjust the order of tours, stay time or mounting time of scenic spots according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure smooth progress .
• If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed during a certain holiday, etc., the tour guide will change the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the opening hours and capacity restrictions affect the itinerary, it is considered a case of force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children under 8 years old require a booster seat to join the tour group. The operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we can have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that violations and fines are the responsibility of the guests themselves. A booster seat is not required to ride the bus on the day of travel and the supplement is refundable to the guest.
• Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Please contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who must be informed in advance to make a reservation. We cannot guarantee the availability of seats for disabled passengers without prior notice and approval.
• We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and before making a reservation. Except as specifically provided herein or otherwise required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your performance of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
• The maximum waiting time for a delayed passenger is 10 minutes after the meeting time announced by the tour leader. While the operator makes every effort to provide service on time, it does not guarantee arrival at or departure from a particular point as a specific time, which may be affected by a number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, plant closures government, war or terrorist attacks or mechanical problems. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay, we are not responsible for connection charges for missed air, train or bus services as a result of such delay and we are not responsible for any other travel costs incurred due to a delay.
• We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, to transfer passengers from one vehicle to another en route.

• Smoking is prohibited on board the bus in accordance with federal law and is prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for all fees charged by the hotel for a non-smoking room of $250 minimum per night.
• Pets and pets are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM. M. and 3:00 p.m., however, some charge an early check-in fee. Please contact the hotel desk before check-in to see if you can store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own.
• Keep in mind:

  2. Guests using a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PASS PASS or self-purchased admission ticket will not be offered transportation for that day and may be subject to a fine. Consult your tour guide for more details.
• Tours4Fun reserves the right to adjust the itinerary if the attractions are closed during public holidays or due to weather conditions. The final itinerary is subject to reconfirmation. Discuss further details of the itinerary with your guide during the journey.
• Language: This tour is accompanied by a professional bilingual guide and/or driver-guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages ​​may be combined to operate this tour based on the number of passengers booked on a particular departure.
• Bus arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be accommodated on the same bus, unless stated otherwise. If you would like to be on the same bus as another group/existing reservation, please write your request with the reservation number in the comments box on the check-out page or notify us at least 24 hours before tour departure.
